The FolkUs Festival is this years incarnation of a pre-existing Sanford
annual Arts event. For the last 30 years Sanford has staged a free,
inclusive community event that is renowned for showcasing eclectic
music and art as well as promoting co-operative, sustainable living.
On
the 19th September Sanford Housing Cooperative, the 2008 Inside Housing
award winner for the most sustainable social housing will open to the
public showcasing our unique cooperative living environment,
incorporating state of the art retrofitted green technologies.
With the support of the One Lewisham Fund, Sanford are holding a day of Performance, Art, Film, Music and Food
Involvement is still open and encouraged, confirmed so far:
