Croc O Tile
This was a Tile offshoot which was even called Tile at one point before it was decided to call it Croc O' Tile.
A collaborative effort between myself and Joon Lynn Goh which came into being when Jason Carty and Emily Wasp were unable to play a gig that Tile was booked in to play as part of Brighton University's 'Dot To Dot' event. Lynn was brilliant. She learned everything incredibly quickly.
I mostly put the music together and Lynn contributed elements of theatre to the performance. This was something that developed to the point where we purchased an amazing old indoor greenhouse into which we installed miniature cameras. These cameras would capture up close the objects we placed inside to aid visually the story we were telling (in a very abstract fashion) through music.
Lighthouses and horses. Narwhales and whales eyes, the set had it all, the works.
Unfortunately our relationship came to an end and so did the music.
Them the brakes girl...
We don't need them
