Agnes High Quality- a performance by sakura tanaka and gemma rowan, exploring the composition of eggs, electrical appliances, jono's bed and the distortion, fragmentation and deconstruction of contact, context and domestic science, situated in the non-theatrical environment of the utrophia sister project space at the old seager distillery. the performance was free and ran for a month. from there on the play has been performed in iceland and at the camden people's theatre to much acclaim.

The Marching Band - enlisting the talents of some of utrophia's finest, the marching band was initiated by julian woodward for the second cwming festival. marches have taken place in deptford, cromer, shoreditch, canary warf, greenwich, clapton pond, china town and oxford st. with all original material the band marches and does not stop until the final destination of the band stand has been reached.

Ropley St - exploring dance movement within domestic space, this short film documents the work of annie pui ling lok. subtle and poetic the experiment was documented by various artists from film makers, painters to musiciens and the performance has gone on to be incorporated in many of annie's new choreographed pieces.

Orange Jumper White Glove - Ben Cummins was invited by the French arts curators ‘Centre of Attention’ to perform at the Erik Dietman private view, Anthony Reynolds Gallery, London.
Feeling a little uncomfortable creating a distraction with a song and dance while people sipped their wine and admired Erik’s work. Ben took the opportunity to experiment with minimalism - arriving at the venue wearing an orange jumper and one white glove, it was show time! After 10 mins Ben had then left the venue disheartened that no one had appreciated his performance. He then joined his friends in a nearby pub, where he continued to drown his sorrows. His chums were also very confused about why the performance didn’t seem to work.Did the orange jumper and white glove not speak for itself?
With this unanswered question, one by one they decided to test it for themselves. Once they had all singularly tried and tested the orange jumper white glove venture, they all returned back to the pub and concluded that like music a piece relies on a theme and variations of.
